The Challenge

Grupo Scorpion had a vendor that licensed Outlook through POP3. For years there were no problems until collaboration situations began to appear, feeling a technological lag due to the mail they had. Synchronization problems also appeared within the mail application on the computer and on the phone along with problems about scheduling meetings due to lack of communication. There were also issues with the storage limit per email account, forcing the IT team to perform scheduled purges of mailboxes, representing a heavy workload for account management. Having a whole set of problems, it represented a critical issue for the company at the beginning of the pandemic.

 

The Solution

Grupo Scorpion made the decision to work with Nubosoft to implement Google Workspace in order to improve communication within the company. With this implementation, several key benefits were reached for the company:

The Result

The implementation allowed end users to be more self-taught along with the good documentation provided by Google. Reducing wasted time due to the need for mail cleaning and the good organization that Gmail provides. Giving good time management due to the adjustability of the different applications allowing them to be configured depending on the need they present at that time. As well as an easy interface when using the administrator panel for the creation of accounts or rules. Google Workspace provides good communication either within or outside the company, with a 24/7 availability and without the fear of running out of space.
